A: Weddings, bat/bar mitzvahs, cocktail parties, dinner parties, receptions, children's birthday parties, promotional events, product launches, daytime luncheons / meetings, fundraisers, fashion shows, after parties, the sky’s the limit!
Q: What can you provide for my event?
We like to consider ourselves a one stop shop. From the initial call through the actual event, you will have personal attention from one of our planners who will make sure every detail is covered and taken care of. We will go above and beyond to fulfill every request.
Q: Do you plan events in NY / NYC?
A: We have planned events in NYC, Long Island, The Hamptons, Westchester, NJ and CT. Anywhere within the tri-state area.
Q: Does your company provide staff outside of NY?
A: Our company has provided staff in other areas such as: Los Angeles, Miami, Philadelphia, Boston, and DC.
Q: What kind of staffing do you provide?
A: We provide captains, bartenders, servers, bussers, coat check attendants, security, greeters/hosts, models. We do not specialize in chefs, but we are happy to work with our connections & contacts to find someone suitable for your event.
Q: Why are your prices higher than others?
A: Our staff has earned a solid reputation that has put them in high demand in the industry. They are experienced, trained, and we compensate them better than anyone else does (meaning we retain the top caliber of staff). Due to these characteristics, our pricing reflects the availability and level of service your guests will receive. Our staff is fully insured and all elements contracted through us are insured as well. In regards to our food, our menus are created specifically for each event and are made fresh from local, natural ingredients that are of the highest quality
Q: What kind of food do you provide?
A: We provide fresh, local, natural ingredients that are of the highest quality. We work with you to create a menu that’s catered to your personal taste, specifications, and event theme. We’ve created everything from elegant passed hors d'oeuvres and buffets to Super Bowl dinners and children's parties.
Q: Is gratuity included?
A: We can add a suggested gratuity, which is typically 20%, or leave it to a client’s discretion.
Q: Do you have any specific venues you work with in the city?
A: Ranging anywhere from small, intimate spaces to large halls and lofts, we are able to find the perfect match for your event needs.
Q: Do you provide insurance?
A: We provide liquor liability insurance to cover our staff serving liquor at events and we can also provide additional insurance for the event venue.
